Deliver infographic highlights of conference presentations in a timely manner. • Conference highlights are created as an infographic online activity distributed via your preferred channels. • Each abstract poster is transformed into understandable, compelling and engaging infographics. • After a short amount of time, the highlights are housed on CHIRP (Conference Highlights: Interpretation and Resource Provision), a searchable resource to optimize the value of conference highlights

A Treatment Tree provides a clinical resource tool for clinicians. Patient characteristics are aligned with evidence-based treatment options and: • Support clinical decision making • Provide a resource for access to treatment options on-demand • May be provided as a stand-alone resource • May be adapted to also include the data/evidence behind each option Consider including a Treatment Tree in live presentations by integrating with Educational Measures’ ARRAY™ iPad technology to allow the audience to try it for themselves once introduced by faculty

A map-based tool allows learners to interact with information by location • Supports location specific dissemination of information • Gives learners information relevant to their location • May be provided as a stand alone resource

Our partnership with Educational Measures and integration of interactive infographics with ARRAY™ iPad technology provides the opportunity for an engaging alternative to sit-down symposia or the opportunity to provide an on-demand educational gallery. Sample agenda (90 minute program) 0-45 min Self-directed poster gallery including 4 modules of content, represented by wall-mounted art to provide the gallery experience • Each attendee provided with an iPad and earbuds (if needed) • May include multimedia if desired • Each interaction captured and reported via ARRAY data collection platform 45-75 min Faculty presentation to reinforce key content, powered by ARRAY to enhance data collection and continue engaged audience experience 75-90 min Q&A

The gamification format engages learners in a fun and memorable way. • Adds interest to hard-to-understand concepts • May be adapted as a stand-alone resource

An Animated Video format is a great option for: • Patient education or call to action • Study synopsis • Companion to manuscript for publications • Succinct training guide • Linking visual elements with specific content. Interactive Patient Case included within your educational activity provides an opportunity to test or apply knowledge gains. Customize your cases with the following: • Add visual guidance from avatar patients and/or real photo examples • Break down visits/treatment steps clearly to track progress • Add interactive questions to assess practice behaviors • Provide feedback on choices/decisions made • Bring the patient/caregiver and clinician voice to life with a conversational style – may include audio if available Consider including a Patient Case in live presentations by integrating with Educational Measures’ ARRAY™ iPad technology to allow the audience to manage the patient for themselves

A Patient Journey may be developed to provide: • Education to clinicians on concerns/experiences of patients • Education to patients on expectations for upcoming challenges (the focus of this concept example) • A clinician-delivered shared decision-making resource Bring the patient journey to life by: • Using the patient voice – text, audio or video may be included • Incorporating patient-friendly language • Providing a patient as the guide, who has lived through the experience – their experience, their concerns, their questions Note: In this concept example, we have completed Phase 1 (pre-surgery) only
